Weight Loss Wednesday #2

This is my 3rd week, I've doing pretty good...except yesterday I had a chocolate bar, but it's okay to have some here and there, you can't just zero it out forever, or it'll come the day where you will just say forget this and then stuff yourself with "unnecessary calories."
The body bug has helped me a lot, in tracking down what I'm eating, and the amazing thing is that at the end of the day, I still have calories left!
My clothes are feeling a bit loose :-) and that is something everyone loves! I am eating small meals about 5 to 6 small meals a day, every 3 to 4 hrs. and that has also helped in losing weight.

Sounds like you are doing an awesome job! I really need to be better at tracking my food in my Body Bugg. It is such an awesome tool, and I am not getting the most out of it yet (by my fault only).

Great job. The 5 to 6 small meals really do help a lot. I did that for a while and lost a lot of weight. Maybe I should start it up again.

Congratulations on your commitment to your health. Weightloss is all about challenging ourselves and taking it step by step.

Totally agree with you that we can't cut things out completely or we will fail. It just needs to be in moderation and then not beat ourselves up over it and move on.
