Welcome to Aloha Friday! In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.

I do have a few.. texting while driving and people who can't park their car right and take up more than one space.

Weight Loss Wednesday

I've been on my weight loss journey for 2 weeks now, I've lost 6.5 lbs which is really good, and I'm proud of myself!

I am following the Biggest Loser "diet" I finally got my bodybug, which is really great, I've been logging in everything I eat.. I've been moving around more and walking and that has helped.

We went out to eat today at Souplantation which is a salad and soup place (very good) and I ate a bit more than what I should..I am so full, I got home and took some alka-seltzer.

I like to exercise, my gym membership expired a couple of months ago, I can't join for now..so I'm walking and doing what I can at home.

This is really important for me, I'm tired of feeling this way, and I'm working really hard for this!

I also began to read "Bringing up Girls" by Dr. James Dobson, it looks to be a great book!

this book will equip parents to face the challenges of raising your daughters to become healthy, happy, and successful women who overcome challenges specific to girls and women today and who ultimately excel in life.

Toy Story 3

I saw Toy Story 3 this weekend, took my 6 yr. old daughter and she loved it.. what a great movie!

The story was really good, I will be honest..it made me cry...but it has a great message for kids.

The characters are so funny, Ken and Barbie are just hilarious! Mr. and Mrs. potato head get 2 thumbs up!

If you haven't seen Toy Story 3 make plans and take your kids, you won't regret it and it's worth it.

Sam's Club is selling Buzz (toy) just like in the movie..also Jessi and her horse for $50 which I thought was a little high, but they did look great!
